How do I become a REAL ITO workplace trainer?

To become a trainer you will need to hold a minimum of the level of qualification you are training at, and have completed the REAL ITO Train the Trainer programme.

We will recognise your achievements by acknowledging you as a REAL ITO trainer, and also awarding you an insignia that illustrates your accredited workplace trainer status.

Once achieved this status is yours and can be transferred if your position or brand changes.

This insignia will set you apart from others in the industry and will demonstrate a symbol of knowledge in your profession.
