The REAL Knowledge Programme

REAL ITO recognises that knowledge in the real estate industry is abundant but many different qualification levels exist. The REAL Knowledge programme allows you to gather the evidence required so that we are able to recognise your current skills and knowledge in order for you to achieve the National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) Level 4 qualification. This will future proof your career and ensures you have the same qualification level as all new real estate people entering the industry.

Pre-requisites to complete the REAL Knowledge programme

This programme is designed for those already working in real estate. When enrolling in this programme you will confirm that you have been licensed for a minimum of two years as a salesperson, branch manager, or agent.

What the programme will cover

Just like the National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) programme, you will complete tasks in line with the topics covered in this programme. The tasks will involve gathering evidence and answering questions that demonstrate your knowledge, and submitting them at the end of the programme.

All study guides are available online however there is the option to purchase a hard copy of individual study guides at a small additional cost. The study guides are useful reference material for day to day real estate practice.

How long will it take?

Everyone studies at a different pace so depending on other commitments this will be up to you. The REAL Knowledge programme should be completed within three months.

What this gives you

Successful completion of this programme will give you the National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) Level 4. You will also receive the REAL ITO insignia for this qualification. This insignia will set you apart from others in the industry and will be a symbol of achievement in your profession.

Cost:

The REAL Knowledge Standard programme [3 months] cost is $395 plus GST. The REAL Knowledge Fast Track programme [1 month] cost is $750 plus GST. The hard copy study guides can be purchased for an additional $30 each.
