This programme is delivered by correspondence, you will receive your workplace study guides and papers in hard copy through the mail.
Everyone studies at a different pace so depending on other commitments this will be up to you. On average we recommend that each paper should be completed within a maximum of 15 hours. However some trainees complete two papers per week. We give you a total of eight months to complete the entire programme.
Successful completion of all your papers will give you the National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) Level 4; this means you meet the educational requirements to obtain a salesperson's licence and can apply to the Real Estate Agents Authority to become a licensed real estate salesperson.
You will also receive the REAL ITO insignia for this qualification. This insignia will set you apart from others in the industry and will demonstrate a symbol of knowledge in your profession.
The programme cost is $865 plus GST. This includes all your study materials, marking and practical assessment.
