National Diploma in Real Estate (Agent) Level 5

The national diploma builds on the branch manager qualification and incorporates all of the branch manager papers. The qualification enables you to meet the licensing requirements of a real estate agent and enables you to own your own real estate business. Completion of this qualification will give you the educational requirements to apply for a licence as an Agent. To obtain an Agents licence you need to have a minimum of three years out of the last 10 years industry experience.

What your study will cover

This qualification incorporates the National Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager) qualification. If you have completed the branch manager's qualification, you won't need to repeat the papers you have done and the credits you achieved count towards the minimum of 170 credits required to achieve the National Diploma in Real Estate (Agent) qualification.

How to complete the programme

This programme is delivered by correspondence, you will receive your study guides and papers in hard copy through the mail.

How long will it take?

On average we recommend that each paper should be completed in one month. We give you a total of 30 months to complete the entire programme.

What this gives you

Successful completion of all your papers will give you the National Diploma in Real Estate (Agent) qualification. This means you have now meet the educational requirements for an Agents licence.

You will also receive the REAL ITO insignia for this qualification. This insignia will set you apart from others in the industry and will demonstrate a symbol of knowledge in your profession.

Cost:

The programme cost is $2,600 plus GST. This includes all your study materials and marking.
