Step six:

You are almost there, if you are new to the industry you must now wait for six months before you can negotiate or complete a sale and purchase agreement. You can work in a real estate office and carry out all other work such as appraisals, open homes listing, etc, but the six month period must pass before you can negotiate or complete the sale and purchase agreement. Different offices manage this step down period in various ways, however it is an important legal requirement that no negotiation or drafting of the sale and purchase is carried out by a person with less than six months experience.
