Administrator, Receptionist, and Office Managers

Running the front of house with great customer service skills and an eye for detail you can support a busy real estate office and learn about the industry as you work.

Personal Assistant

Personal Assistants support their licensed salesperson in their day to day operations. As a PA your role is administrative support, if your role requires you to be involved in any work or function that could be deemed as leading to a transaction or considered as agency work you must make sure you have already completed your salesperson licensing qualification and hold a salesperson's licence.

Salesperson

Residential, commercial, business broking, rural wherever your niche may be you can work as part of a team with an uncapped earning potential.

Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager your focus will be on supervising, training, mentoring and encouraging the sales team , managing the real estate office and the discharge of real estate contracts on a day to day basis. You will have completed formal qualifications and obtained a branch manager license and understand the legal and compliance requirements of properly supervising salespeople.

Agent/Owner

Every real estate business must have at least one fully qualified and licensed agent. This person may also employ a branch manager so you can focus on running your entire business. Your role as the business owner is to effectively manage your business ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met by yourself and your team.

Property Manager

As property manager your focus is on leasing properties for landlords. This may include overseeing maintenance and repairs as well as managing tenants and the body corporate.

Auctioneer

An auctioneer calls the auction. However the auctioneer is also (if licensed as a salesperson) able to work with the clients and customers to effect a sale. The Auctioneer must have a full understanding of the compliance and law relating to real estate. Often the auctioneer is involved in the marketing process from start to finish. To be an auctioneer we recommend that you do an auctioneers training course. REINZ and many of the major groups offer these.
