Qualifications

The licensing regulations prescribes the qualifications a person must hold before they can apply for a licence as a salesperson, branch manager or agent.

The qualifications we offer are:

• National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) Level 4
• National Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager) Level 5
• National Diploma in Real Estate (Agent) Level 5.

These qualifications are registered on the National Qualifications Framework, which is administered by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority. They consist of unit standards developed by the REAL ITO and the industry.

Previous learning is recognised
