David Rankin - Chairperson

David is Managing Director of Livingstone Realty Ltd in Canterbury. David is chair of the Real Estate Network Limited, a co-operative company comprising most of the residential real estate firms active in Christchurch. David is a also a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, who currently chairs Icon Communications Ltd, New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club and Addington Raceway Ltd, and Cholmondeley Children's Foundation.

Helen O'Sullivan

Helen has been the Operations Manager at Crocker’s Property Group, one of New Zealand’s largest property management organisations, for the past three years. Prior to that she spent six years as an Associate Director at Korda Mentha, one of Australasia’s most respected business consultancies.

Helen is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and member of the Institute of Directors.

With a background in leadership, finance, business consultancy and project management, Helen’s wide ranging skills and experience are welcomed by REAL ITO.
