Our purpose is that:

• We are the standard setting body for qualifications
• We meet industry skill needs and education
• We develop education solutions to meet your needs
• We create continuing education solutions to support the industry
• We identify knowledge gaps
• We develop and manage education solutions for education providers and direct to the industry
• We will create a fund surplus for further advancement of educational resources for the industry
• We establish quality assurance of educational resources across the industry.

Our on job training programmes have been developed in consultation with the real estate industry to develop credible training that reflects best practice. As an industry training organisation (ITO) we are flexible and can package on job training to meet your individual needs.

We are governed by the real estate industry and have a board made up of elected industry representatives with a wide skill mix from across the real estate sector. The purpose of the board is to set the strategic direction of the ITO and evaluate its performance.
